Many new vehicles were launched in the Indian car market in 2024, making this year very special not only for car companies but also for customers. We believe that the launch of new four-wheelers will continue in 2025 as well, and in 2025 mass-market and premium car companies will launch their new products in many segments. Here's a look at the cars that can be launched in India in 2025:
Maruti E Vitara
Expected launch: 17 January 2025
Maruti E Vitara was first showcased in Italy and recently the company has released its teaser in India. This electric SUV will be showcased in India during the India Mobility Global Expo to be held from January 17 to January 22, 2025. Its global model has the option of 49 kWh and 61 kWh battery packs with a certified range of 550 km. The specification of its Indian model can also be similar. Talking about the features, it can have features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.1-inch digital driver display, a wireless phone charger, a fixed panoramic glass roof, 6 airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera and level-2 ADAS.
Maruti Baleno Facelift
Expected launch: March 2025
Expected Price: Rs 6.80 lakh (ex-showroom)
Maruti Baleno is currently available in its second generation avatar and it last got a facelift update in 2022. After two years, Maruti can launch the Baleno facelift model by March 2025. Apart from this, if some reports are to be believed, then this time a hybrid powertrain setup can also be given in Baleno, on which the company has been working since early 2024. Talking about the features, the Baleno 2025 model can be given a large touchscreen, a fully digital driver display, a single-pane sunroof, a wireless phone charger, a tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and six airbags (standard).
7-seater Maruti Grand Vitara
Expected launch: June 2025
Expected Price: Rs 14 lakh (ex-showroom)
The 3-row version of the Maruti Grand Vitara has recently been spotted testing on Indian roads, indicating that this compact SUV could be launched in India during 2025. Not only its seating layout but its exterior and interior design including headlights, taillights, bumpers and dashboard looked different from the 5-seater Grand Vitara and it also seems inspired by the e Vitara. However, official confirmation about this upcoming 7-seater SUV is yet to come. Talking about the features, it can be given features like a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, 6 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a 360-degree camera like the 5-seater version.
Maruti Brezza Facelift
Expected launch: August 2025
Expected Price: Rs 8.50 lakh ex-showroom
Like the Baleno, the Maruti Brezza was also given a facelift update in 2022, after which it has not received any update. Since now new sub-compact SUV cars like Skoda Qilaq and Kia Siros have increased the competition, Brezza can be updated by giving it more features to compete with them. The new Brezza can be given a larger touchscreen infotainment system, fully digital driver display, ventilated and powered front seats and 6 airbags (standard). Maruti can also offer a panoramic sunroof feature in it like Mahindra XUV 3XO, Tata Nexon and Kia Siros.
Hyundai Creta EV
Launch: 17 January 2025
Expected Price: Rs 20 lakh
The electric version of Hyundai's best-selling car Creta will be launched in January 2025. It has been seen several times during testing so far, according to which the design of the Creta EV will be inspired by the ICE version. However, to make the electric Creta look different from the regular model, some EV specific updates will be given in it. Its cabin experience can also be similar to the ICE powered Creta. Hyundai Creta EV can get many powertrain options and its certified range on full charge can be around 400 km.
Hyundai Venue EV
Expected launch: April 2025
Expected Price: Rs 12 lakh
We believe that the Venue EV can be introduced as the second Hyundai electric car . If this car is launched, it will be Hyundai's cheapest electric car in India. Not much information about the Hyundai Venue EV has been revealed yet, although we guess that its design can be inspired by the ICE powered Venue. It can have several battery pack options and its range on full charge can be 300-350 km. We believe that some new features can be given in the cabin of the Venue EV which are not given in the ICE powered Hyundai Venue, including powered height seat adjustment etc.
Hyundai Tucson Facelift
Expected launch: August 2025
Expected Price: Rs 30 lakh
The facelifted Hyundai Tucson has been unveiled internationally and is expected to be launched in India in 2025. The new Tucson coming to India may get design updates from the international model, including a new grille and new LED lighting. The Indian Tucson may also get a larger infotainment system and advanced safety technology. The 2025 Hyundai Tucson may get the same powertrain options as the current model.
Hyundai Ioniq 6
Expected launch: December 2025
Expected Price: Rs 65 lakh
Hyundai Ioniq 6 will be the company's premium electric car in India. Its model available in the international market has two battery packs. It takes 5.1 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph, and its range on full charge is more than 600 km. Its cabin can be given a dual-digital display setup with heads-up display like the international model.
XUV 4XO EV / XEV 4E
Expected launch: March 2025
Expected Price: Rs 16 lakh
The electric version of the XUV 3XO was seen testing in October. It is expected to be named XUV 4XO EV or XEV 4E . It will have features of the XUV 3XO and its styling will also be similar to it. It is expected that the battery pack options of 34.5 kWh and 39.5 kWh of the current XUV400 EV can be given in it. Mahindra can launch its XUV 4XO EV car in the first quarter of 2025. Its price can be kept slightly higher than the current XUV400 EV.
XEV 7E
Expected launch: March 2025
Expected Price: Rs 21 lakh
Photos of the exterior and interior of the Mahindra XUV700 EV (XEV 7E) production version have been leaked online. The styling and cabin layout of the XUV700 electric version will be similar to the XEV 9E . It is expected to have features like triple-screen layout, multi-zone AC and premium sound system and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). It can be given powertrain options of the XEV 9E car which include 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery packs. This car can cover a range of up to 650 km.
Mahindra Thar Facelift
Expected launch: April 2025
Expected launch: Rs 12 lakh
Mahindra has given a new 6-slat grille, C-shaped LED DRLs and new dual-tone alloy wheels in the 5-door Thar Rocks. It is expected that the company can give all these updates in the 3-door Thar facelift as well and an upmarket cabin can also be given in it. This upcoming car can get the option of 1.5-liter diesel engine, 2.2-liter diesel and 2-liter turbo petrol engine.
Mahindra BE 07 Production Version
Expected launch: Aug 15, 2025
Expected Price: Rs 30 lakh
Mahindra is expected to expand its 'Born Electric' range with the launch of its BE 07 production model in 2025. This electric SUV can be available in a 5-seater layout. Its design can be similar to the BE 07 concept model. The powertrain options and features of this vehicle can be similar to the XEV 9E.
2025 Mahindra Scorpio N
Expected Launch: To be announced
Mahindra may give a new model year update to its popular SUV Scorpio N. The 2025 Scorpio N SUV may get new features (including expected ADAS). It may continue to have the same engine options as the current model, 2-litre turbo petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engine. Currently, the price of Scorpio N starts from Rs 13.85 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom).
2025 Mahindra XUV700
Expected Launch: To be announced
Mahindra XUV700 can also be given new updates in 2025. It is estimated that many cosmetic changes can be made in its exterior and interior, as well as many new features can also be added to it. Due to the new update, its price may increase. Currently, the price of XUV700 is between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 25.64 lakh (ex-showroom). This car is available in 5-seater, 6-seater and 7-seater layouts. Mahindra XUV700 car comes with the choice of two engines 2-liter turbo petrol and 2.2-liter diesel engine.
Tata Sierra (ICE + EV)
Expected launch: January 17, 2025
Expected Price: Rs 11 lakh (ICE) and Rs 20 lakh (EV)
Tata Sierra was first showcased in concept form at Auto Expo 2020 and after this another version of it was showcased at Auto Expo 2023 and now it can also debut in 2025. Tata Motors India is planning to showcase the production version of Sierra at Mobility Global Expo 2025 where both its internal combustion engine and electric version will be introduced. Its electric version can be given options of 60 to 80 kWh battery pack, which can have a claimed range of up to 500 km. It can be given a single electric motor whose output may vary according to the variants. Its ICE version can be given a new 1.5 liter, 4 cylinder turbo petrol engine, whose power and torque output will be up to 170 PS and 280 Nm respectively. This engine was first showcased at Auto Expo 2023. Tata can also offer the option of a 2-litre diesel engine in this car which is also offered in the Harrier and Safari.
Tata Harrier EV
Expected launch: January 17, 2025
Expected Price: Rs 25 lakh
Tata Motors has recently confirmed that the Harrier EV can be launched by the end of the 2024-2025 financial year. The production version of the Harrier EV may also be showcased during the India Mobility Expo 2025. Tata has not revealed the details of the electric motor and battery pack specifications given in it and its claimed range can be up to 550 km. This new Tata electric car can be given an all-wheel drive dual motor setup. It is also believed that the Harrier EV can be given a larger battery pack than the Curve EV and Nexon EV.
Tata Safari EV
Expected launch: February 2025
Expected Price: Rs 32 lakh
The Tata Safari EV, a bigger version of the Harrier EV, may also debut in 2025. Like the Harrier EV, the Safari EV can also be showcased at the India Mobility Expo 2025. It can be given the same battery pack as the Harrier EV.
Tata Punch Facelift
Expected launch: September 2025
Expected Price: Rs 6 lakh
Some time ago, the pictures of Tata Punch Facelift went viral on the internet, from which it is being speculated that it can be launched in 2025. The styling of Tata Punch Facelift can be similar to Punch EV, whose design will be quite fresh from outside and inside. Along with updating its front, the cabin will also be updated and some new features will also be given in it. The new Tata Punch will be given a 1.2 liter petrol engine as before, with which 5 speed manual and AMT transmission options will be given.
Tata Harrier Petrol
Expected launch: June 2025
Expected Price: Rs 14 lakh
The 1.5-litre petrol engine showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 could debut with the Tata Harrier . We believe that this mid-size SUV can also be updated after the introduction of this engine in the Tata Sierra. 6-speed manual and dual clutch automatic transmission options can be offered with this engine. Getting the option of petrol engine can reduce the starting price of the Harrier, making it more affordable than the entry level variant of the current model.
Tata Tiago and Tigor Facelift
Expected launch: December 2025
Expected Price: Rs 5.2 lakh (Tiago) and Rs 6.2 lakh (Tigor)
Tata Tiago and Tigor were recently spotted during testing, which could be their facelift models. These entry level cars of Tata have been in need of a major update for four years and now they can get an update in 2025. With the facelift update, changes can be seen in their exterior and interior and new features can also be given in them. However, there is little chance of changes in their powertrain. After Tiago and Tigor, their electric versions can also be updated.

Toyota Urban Cruiser EV

Toyota Urban Cruiser EV has been unveiled in the international market. This car is based on Maruti Suzuki E Vitara. The front look of Toyota Urban Cruiser EV is completely different from Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara, and it also has a new cabin theme. However, the features and powertrain given in it are similar to E-Vitara. This electric car will come with two battery packs. It is estimated that its range can be 550 kilometers.
Toyota Hyrider Based 3-Row SUV

Maruti may launch the 3-row version of Grand Vitara in 2025. We believe that Toyota can also launch a 3-row version of its Hyrider SUV. It is expected that this car can have the features of the 7-seater Maruti Grand Vitara, but many minor changes can definitely be seen on the exterior, which will give this SUV car a new identity. Information about the powertrain options available in the Maruti Grand Vitara 7 seater version has not been revealed yet, but it is expected that the engine options of the 5-seater version can be given in it. The same engine options can also be given in Toyota's 3-row SUV car.
2025 Toyota Fortuner

In South Africa, the mild hybrid option was added to the Toyota Fortuner SUV in the first quarter of 2024, which improved its mileage. The same update can also be given in the Fortuner car coming to India in 2025. The front look of the South African hybrid Fortuner looks similar to the Fortuner Legender available for sale in the Indian market . The African version also has many safety features compared to the Indian model, including adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist.
Toyota Land Cruiser 250 (Prado)

The new Toyota Land Cruiser 250 has been unveiled in the international market. In India, this vehicle can be launched in 2025 under the name Land Cruiser Prado. It is estimated that the exterior of the new Land Cruiser 250 coming to India may be similar to the international model. The new Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Indian version can be given a 2.8-liter diesel engine of Toyota Fortuner SUV. The company has also informed that the mild hybrid system will soon be included in the Land Cruiser 250 European version. Similar can be seen in its Indian version as well. The new Toyota Land Cruiser 250 car will be positioned below the flagship Land Cruiser 300.
Toyota Etios (re-badged Dzire)

Toyota Etios, the most popular car in the commercial sector, and its entire lineup was discontinued in 2020 after the implementation of BS6 emission norms. Now the company can re-enter the affordable sedan segment with the new Etios. This car can be based on the new Dzire . It is expected that many changes can be made in its exterior and interior to give a new look to the new generation Etios. It can be given the powertrain of Dzire. It is also expected that the company can also launch its CNG variant.
Kia Siros
Expected launch: January 17, 2025
Expected Price: Rs 9.7 lakh
The Kia Siros debuted earlier this month and is a premium option for sub 4 meter SUVs. The boxy design of the Siros is inspired by the flagship electric SUV EV9. The Kia Siros also features segment first features like front and rear ventilated seats and a digital control panel. The Kia Siros is powered by two engines: a 120 PS powerful 1 liter turbo petrol and a 116 PS powerful 1.5 liter diesel engine.
Kia Carens EV

Expected Price: Rs 16 lakh
Kia can launch the all-electric version of its Carnival MPV, Carens EV , by April 2025. However, to make it look different from the regular version, the electric version can be given a different design. The company has not yet revealed the powertrain details of the upcoming Carens EV. It is estimated that this vehicle can cover a range of around 400 to 500 km with a single motor setup. This upcoming car can support DC fast charging and vehicle-2-load function. Many features of standard Carens can be given in this electric MPV car, which can include dual digital displays (10.25 inches for infotainment and instrumentation), wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats and sunroof.
Kia Carens Facelift

Expected Price: Rs 11 lakh
Kia Carens can be given a major update in 2025. It has also been seen during testing this year and some changes have also been seen in its exterior where updated front profile and newly designed taillamps were seen. Talking about the cabin, a 10.25 dual inch digital display can be seen in it. Kia can also provide ADAS feature in it, which is the only car of the company right now in which this feature is not provided. Its current model has three engine options and the same engine options can be given in its facelift model as well.
Kia EV6 Facelift

The EV6 is Kia's first electric car in India and it may be updated in 2025. The EV6 facelift has been introduced in the international market, with minor changes in the front. Its cabin has a new housing for the infotainment system and an updated 12-inch heads up display. The biggest change has been made in its powertrain, which has a larger 84 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 494 km. The same features can be given in its Indian version as well.
2025 Renault Duster
Expected launch: June 2025

In March 2024, Renault released a teaser of its upcoming compact SUV car, which indicated that the Duster car could make a comeback in India. It is already available in some international markets with 'Dacia' badging, which is a subsidiary of Renault. The upcoming Renault Duster can be offered with a new design, new cabin, and new hybrid powertrain option. In India, it will compete with the Hyundai Creta.
Renault Bigster
Expected launch: June 2025
Expected Price: Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom)
The 7-seater Duster is available in the international market as the Dacia Bigster. It is larger in size than the Duster, although its design, cabin, and powertrain are the same as the model available in the international market. The Renault Bigster is expected to be introduced in India, and it may be introduced here sometime after the launch of the 5-seater Duster.

Kiger Price (Expected): Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom)
Triber Price (Expected): Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom)
The French carmaker is expected to give its current lineup: Kwid , Kiger , and Triber a model year update in 2025. They could be offered with some cosmetic updates and new features, while the engine options of the current model will continue to be available. The Kwid and Triber are powered by a 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, although their power outputs are different. The Kwid's 1-litre petrol engine generates 68 PS of power and 91 Nm of torque, with the option of a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The Triber's engine generates 72 PS of power and 96 Nm of torque. The Triber car has the same transmission options as the Kwid along with the engine. The Kiger SUV is powered by a 100 PS 1-litre turbo-petrol and a 72 PS 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard with both engines, while the naturally aspirated petrol engine gets a 5-speed AMT and the turbo-petrol engine get a CVT automatic gearbox option.
New Nissan Terrano
Expected launch: June 2025

Apart from Renault, Nissan also released a teaser of its upcoming compact SUV car, which indicated that the Terrano brand may return to India. Apart from some exterior and interior changes, the overall design and cabin layout of the Terrano may be similar to the upcoming Duster. It may be given the same engine options as the Duster.
Nissan Terrano 7 Seater
Expected launch: June 2025
Expected Price: Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom)
Since the Renault Bigster is expected to be introduced in India, we expect a 3-row version of the Terrano to be launched here as well. It will have a similar design and cabin as the 5-seater model, and will share the same engine options as the 5-seater Terrano. Upon launch, the Renault Bigster and Terrano 7-seater will compete with the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, and Mahindra XUV700.
nissan patrol
Expected launch: October 2025
Expected Price: Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom)
Nissan can launch its most expensive SUV car petrol in India. It can be imported and sold in India and its price can be around Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom). In the international market, Nissan Petrol is available in 3.5-liter and 3.8-liter V6 petrol engine options, although it is yet to be announced in which engine option it will be offered in India.
Nissan Magnite Model Year Update
Expected Launch: To be announced
Expected Price: Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom)
The Magnite recently received a facelift update, and is expected to receive minor updates in 2025. Some styling updates may be made to its exterior, while the cabin may get a new black and orange theme, although the overall layout will remain the same. The 2025 Nissan Magnite will continue to get the option of a 72 PS 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 100 PS turbocharged petrol engine as before.
Skoda Octavia RS
Expected debut: January 17, 2025
Expected Price: Rs 45 lakh
The Skoda Octavia was part of the Indian car market for over two decades and was discontinued after the BS6 Phase 2 norms came into effect. The Octavia RS is still available in the international market and got a facelift update there in mid-2024, and the model could be showcased here at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025. In the international market, the Octavia RS is offered with updated exteriors and interiors, powered by a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 265 PS of power and 370 Nm of torque.
2025 Skoda Kodiaq
Expected launch: March 2025
Expected Price: Rs 40 lakh
The new generation Skoda Kodiaq was unveiled in 2023 and was spotted testing on Indian roads several times in 2024. However, in the international market, the Kodiaq is available in several engine options, including mild and plug-in hybrid systems. We believe that the new Skoda Kodiaq in India can be given the 2-litre turbo-petrol engine (190 PS/320 Nm) of the current model.
2025 Skoda Superb
Expected launch: August 2025
Expected Price: Rs 50 lakh
The new generation Skoda Superb can be launched in 2025. It has been introduced with a new look and new features, including Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). The Superb sedan available in the international market has many engine options, although we believe that its Indian model can be given the 190 PS 2-liter turbo-petrol engine of the current Superb.
Skoda Enyaq
Launch: To be announced
Expected Price: Rs 65 lakh
The Enyaq is Skoda's first electric SUV car which was introduced in the international market a few years ago, and it can be launched in India in 2025. The Skoda Enyaq electric car can have the option of several battery packs depending on the market and its range can be up to 510 kilometers on full charge. Skoda had released sketches of the new generation Enyaq some time ago, although now we have to see whether the company launches its facelift version in India or the new generation model will be introduced here.
Skoda Elroc
Launch: To be announced
Expected Price: Rs 35 lakh
The Elroc is Skoda's smallest electric SUV. It can be launched in India in 2025 and can be positioned below the Enyaq. Its exterior is designed on Skoda's new design theme called Modern Solid, while the cabin is inspired by the Superb car. In the international market, it has the option of 55 kWh, 63 kWh and 82 kWh battery pack, and its maximum range on full charge is 560 kilometers.
Skoda Kushaq and Slavia model year update

Kushaq Price (Expected): Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom)
Slavia Price (Expected): Rs 10.70 lakh (ex-showroom)
Skoda may give model year updates to Kushak and Slavia , under which some cosmetic and feature updates can be made in them. However, both Skoda cars will continue to get the same engine options, which will include 115 PS 1-liter turbo-petrol and 150 PS 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine. Currently, the price of Skoda Kushak is between Rs 10.89 lakh to Rs 18.79 lakh (ex-showroom), while the price of Slavia car is between Rs 10.69 lakh to Rs 18.69 lakh (ex-showroom).
2025 Volkswagen Tiguan
Expected launch: September 2025
Expected Price: Rs 40 lakh
The new generation model of the Tiguan was unveiled internationally in late 2023, featuring a new design inspired by Volkswagen's electric car. It can be launched in India in September 2025. Upgrades were also seen in its cabin, including a new 15-inch infotainment system. The new generation Tiguan may continue to get a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine as before, with power output similar to the Skoda Superb.
Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun model year update
Launch: To be announced
Taigun Price (Expected): Rs 11.70 lakh
Virtus Price (Expected): Rs 11.60 lakh
The Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus were launched in 2024 and 2022 respectively, and are expected to get a model year update in 2025. Both these models could be introduced with some minor updates, and some new features. Both these cars may continue to get the same 1-litre turbo-petrol (115 PS/178 Nm), and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engines (150 PS/250 Nm) as before.
2025 Honda City
Launch: To be announced
Expected Price: Rs 11.90 lakh (ex-showroom)
In Brazil, Honda has introduced the 2025 City facelift with updated exterior and interior, which is also expected to be available in the Indian model in 2025. Talking about its design update, it has been given a new grille, while changes in the cabin include dual-zone automatic AC, and an electronic parking brake. There is no possibility of any change in its engine. It may continue to get a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine as before.

MG Cyberster
Expected launch: 17 January 2025
Expected Price: Rs 80 lakh (ex-showroom)
MG Motors is going to expand its electric car lineup with the launch of Cyberster in India . In the international market, it has a 510 PS dual electric motor with a 77 kWh battery pack. MG Cyberster takes 3.2 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph. It also has a 340 PS single electric motor powertrain, although information about which powertrain options will be available in India has not been revealed yet.
MG Gloster Facelift
Expected launch: 17 January 2025
Expected Price: Rs 40 lakh (ex-showroom)
MG Gloster may get a facelift update in 2025 and changes can be made to its exterior and interior. The design update will include a new split headlight setup, more muscular cladding, and new connected LED tail lights. It may continue to have the option of 161 PS / 373.5 Nm 2-liter diesel and 215 PS / 478.5 Nm 2-liter turbocharged diesel engine as before.
MG Mifa 9 MPV
Expected launch: August 2025
Expected Price: Rs 1 crore (ex-showroom)
The MG Mifa 9 electric MPV car was first showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 and can be launched in India in 2025. In the international market, it has the option of a 90 kWh battery pack, which has a WLTP certified range of 595 km on a full charge. It includes features like Level-2 ADAS, powered front and second row seats, auto AC, and panoramic sunroof.
AMG 4 EV
Expected launch: December 2025

The MG 4 EV can be launched in India in 2025. Like the Mifa 9, it was also first showcased at the Auto Expo 2023. The MG 4 EV has a 10.25-inch infotainment system, 7-inch digital driver display, connected car technology, wireless phone charging, and V2L (vehicle-to-load) functionality. It has features like a 10.1-inch infotainment system, connected car technology, multi-speaker sound system, and ADAS.
MG Astor Hybrid

The MG Astor may be launched with a hybrid powertrain in 2025, although the specifications of the new engine are yet to be revealed. Currently, the MG Astor car is offered with the option of two petrol engines: 140 PS 1.3-liter turbo-petrol and 110 PS 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol. Features like 10.1-inch infotainment system, 6-way power adjustable driver seat, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charger, and panoramic sunroof can be given in it.
2025 Jeep Compass

The Jeep Compass SUV may get a new update in the exterior and interior in 2025. There is no possibility of any change in its engine, and the updated Compass will be available in a 172 PS / 350 Nm 2-liter diesel engine, with a choice of 6-speed manual and 9-speed automatic gearbox. Its price may be slightly higher than the current model, currently its price is between Rs 18.99 lakh to Rs 32.41 lakh (ex-showroom).
BYD Eto 2

Chinese car company BYD may launch the Auto 2 SUV in India. Its global debut will be in early 2025. In India, the Auto 2 will be positioned below the Auto 3. It can be given a 42.4 kWh battery pack and its WLTP certified range will be 312 km on full charge. It will include features like a 12.8-inch infotainment system, 8.8-inch digital driver display, panoramic sunroof, heated and power adjustable front seats, and leather upholstery.
BYD Silian SUV

BYD may launch the Silion electric SUV car in India in 2025. It has design elements of the Silion sedan and competes with the Tesla Model Y in the international market. Silion has the option of 82.5 kWh and 91.3 kWh battery pack, and its certified range on full charge is up to 566 km. It has features like 15.6-inch infotainment system, wireless phone charging, automatic climate control, and powered ventilated seats.
Wave Mobility EVA

India's first solar-powered electric car Wave Eva will be launched in 2025. It will be showcased at the India Mobility Expo to be held in January, and its bookings will start from next month. Wave Eva is a 2-seater quadricycle, which has an electric motor with 8.15 PS / 40 Nm power output with a 14 kWh battery pack. It has a range of 250 km on full charge and a top speed of 70 kmph.
Audi Q6 e-tron

Audi may launch the Q6 e-tron SUV in India in the first quarter of 2025. In the international market, this car is available in three variants and all variants have a 94.9 kWh battery pack. The top variant has a dual electric motor with 515 PS power output, while the base rear-wheel-drive variant has a single electric motor setup with 326 PS power output. The Audi Q6 e-tron supports 270 kW DC fast charging and has a range of up to 641 km on full charge.
Audi A5

In the international market, Audi has replaced the A4 lineup with the new A5 range, which can be introduced in India in sedan avatar in 2025.
